Schedule Our Facilities
We are blessed with a wonderful campus and are happy to share our spaces for ministry and community events. To ensure our building is cared for and our calendar remains organized, we use a two-stage reservation process. Please follow the steps below to request a space for your next event.
Step 1: Check Availability
View our room calendars below to see if the space you need is available on your desired date and time.
Step 3: Office Review & Approval
A member of our office team will review your request and contact you via email.

If approved: We will "soft-hold" your date on the calendar for 7 days.

To finalize: You will then need to submit your signed agreement and payment (see Step 4).
Step 4: Finalize with Paperwork & Payment
Once you have received email approval, please download and sign the appropriate Building Usage Agreement below. Your reservation is only "official" once the church office receives your signed form and your deposit/fees (cash or check).​
Which Agreement Form Should I Use?
To ensure we are good stewards of our building, we have two different usage tiers. Please choose the one that fits your current relationship with our church family:
Regular Attendees

Who this is for: Active members and those who consider Lockwood their primary church home (attending services and participating in ministry regularly).

Fee Structure: Typically involves a refundable security deposit only; standard rental fees are waived for ministry-related or personal milestone events.
Community & Occasional Visitors

Who this is for: Local community members, outside organizations, and those who visit occasionally but are not active participants in our church body.

Fee Structure: Includes both a refundable security deposit and a set rental fee to cover utilities, cleaning, and facility wear-and-tear.
You may mail these to the church office, drop them off in person, or scan and email the signed form (checks/cash must be mailed or hand-delivered).
