Mobile App Privacy

Lockwood Church Connect may collect and store a push notification token for your device so we can send church alerts and church news through the app. This token is used only to deliver notifications you have chosen to receive.

If you enable notifications, we may store your device’s notification token and your notification preferences, such as whether you want to receive church alerts or church news. This information is used only for app functionality and communication from Lockwood Community Church. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

To support app functionality, Lockwood Church Connect uses service providers including Expo and Supabase for push notification delivery and secure data storage. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to operate the app’s notification features.

You can turn notifications on or off at any time within the app or in your device settings.
